Boogie Baseball ("we," "us") is operated by Ace Whitehead. This policy explains what information we collect through boogiebaseball.com (the "Service"), why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored securely and never visible to us in plain text).
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe shares with us only what's needed to confirm and record a completed order.
• Video content: the video you upload for review, and any notes you include with it.
• Communications: messages you send us, and the written breakdowns, drills, and review videos we send back to you.

How we use it

Solely to run the Service: creating your account, processing payment, delivering your video review or scheduling your lesson, and communicating with you about your order. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run Boogie Baseball. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — account login and secure storage for your account data and video files.
• Resend — sending account and order-related emails.
• Vercel — hosting the website.

Children's privacy

Boogie Baseball works with athletes from middle school through college. For any athlete under 18, the account must be created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian — see our Terms of Service for details. We do not knowingly allow a child under 13 to create an account directly. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account without a parent or guardian, we will delete it. Parents or guardians can contact us at any time to review, update, or delete their child's information.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, order history, and video content for as long as your account is active, so you can refer back to past reviews. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@boogiebaseball.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures (encrypted connections, access-controlled storage, and reputable service providers) to protect your information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we take this seriously.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
