Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of boogiebaseball.com and the coaching services offered by Boogie Baseball, operated by Ace Whitehead ("we," "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We offer paid Video Review for pitching or hitting ($50 per submission) and in-person lessons at Vincent-Beck Stadium, Beaumont, TX ($50 per session — 30 minutes for hitting, 45 minutes for pitching). Video reviews are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of submission, though this is a target, not a guarantee.

Accounts for minors

Many of our athletes are under 18. If the athlete using our Service is under 18, the account must be created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms and our Privacy Policy on the athlete's behalf and is responsible for supervising their use of the Service. By checking the consent box at signup, you confirm that you are either 18 or older, or the parent/legal guardian of the athlete for whom this account is being created.

Payment and refunds

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. All sales are final — we don't offer refunds once a Video Review has been purchased or a lesson has been scheduled. If something goes wrong with an order (for example, a technical issue prevents delivery), contact us and we'll make it right.

Your video content

You keep ownership of any video you submit. By uploading it, you give us permission to store it and use it to provide your review — we won't use your video for anything else (like marketing) without asking you first. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to submit whatever you upload.

Assumption of risk — physical activity

Baseball and softball training, including the mechanics work covered in our video reviews and in-person lessons, carries an inherent risk of physical injury. By using our Service, you (or, for a minor athlete, their parent/guardian on their behalf) acknowledge and accept that risk. Our feedback, drills, and coaching are instructional guidance based on our experience and judgment — not a guarantee of performance or results, and not medical advice. Always use your own judgment, warm up properly, and stop if something hurts.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to submit unlawful content, harass anyone, or attempt to access another user's account or data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boogie Baseball and Ace Whitehead are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including injury arising from the physical training activities described above. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
